These are some of the most frequently asked questions that we receive:
How long does the session take?
For corporate events the 'session' may be less than a minute! A perfect pose, a warm smile and snap! For small teams or individuals, it may take from 1-5 minutes each depending upon the environment chosen, etc.
When will I get my images?
Images may be posted for you in a few minutes for individuals or groups depending upon arrangements made. Large groups may have the images available in minutes or within the day if logos or custom selections are desired.
What should I wear?
A great question! Headshots are not 'selfies' and not part of a family portrait album... they are intended to be a timeless representation of your most professional image. We have included some suggestions here.
What format / size are the image files?
The files you receive are .JPG format. The file size(s) will be for an 8x10 print and also a smaller file for social media posting.
Can I do what I want with the files?
Yes and No. You can use the images according to our Right to Use Agreement for printing, (up to 8x10), media inclusion for announcements and business cards or the social platforms listed. The Copyright is NOT transferred to you or your company, only the use rights included in the agreement.
